SUSTAINABLE GLAMPING

While spending time in nature benefits us individually, it also benefits society by encouraging people to protect the natural resources that bring them so much joy.

We operate our business to minimize our environmental impact and support our local community as best as possible.

Environment: We use low-impact canvas tents on wooden platforms, limited electrical devices, low-flow faucets, recycling, drought-friendly landscaping, and a modern water treatment system that recycles 100% of guest waste into irrigation to help offset drought conditions.

Community: We support our local community by purchasing supplies & store items locally and from small businesses, sending our guests to our Sonoma County business partners, and supporting community fundraisers for families and the environment.

WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

“Our stay at Wildhaven Sonoma was amazing! Our tent cabin was quite spacious and very clean, even with 2 adults and 3 kids.

Everything was ready and set up when we arrived.

We've been to a couple of glamping places in the Bay Area and this was by far the best experience we had.

We will go back again for sure (for a longer stay next time).”

“They really thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was so friendly and the welcome talk was a nice touch to get you acquainted with all the amenities. The bathrooms are clean.

We stayed in early December and were very comfortable in the tent, the heated mattress pad and heater in the room work great! My husband woke up in the middle of the night and forgot he was in a tent because he was so comfortable!”

“I’m not made for roughing it in the wilderness, so I really appreciated the fact that we slept on heated memory foam mattresses, and that I could take hot showers.

We cooked ourselves warm meals on the barbecue grills, and spent our days unplugged: hiking and sightseeing nearby. We spent our nights snuggled by the fire, eating yummy s’mores. We all had a blast and we can’t wait to go glamping here again!”
